SiteZone Safety is looking for a Production Technician/Stores Controller to undertake general assembly, test and repair duties on the SiteZone Safety product range and be responsible for the operation of the companies stores, goods inwards and despatch. The role requires the candidate to be self-motivated with excellent customer service skills and a flexible attitude, a full driving licence is also required.
Responsibilities include :
Assembly work using handtools, including some soldering and wiring
Product testing
Equipment Repair Goods Inwards / Outwards and Stock Control
Customer / Engineer support
To manage administration tasks and complete all paperwork accurately and on time
It is essential that the successful candidate :
Works well unsupervised and under pressure and has a positive attitude to customer service
Ensures a high standard of Health and Safety for both colleagues and customers
The successful candidate will :
Be an experienced technician.
Have a recognised qualification within the field of electrical systems, however, time served, and a proven track record will be considered as an alternative
Have good communication skills
Training and mentoring will be provided
